NECAT’s fourth cohort graduated on Thursday, March 19 in a beautiful ceremony with family, friends, and staff in attendance. The graduation included delicious dinner and dessert, moving speeches by graduates, and lots of laughter. The featured speaker was Chef Danny Garcia of Top of the Hub, who made a poignant speech about the students and their promising future. We wish our students the best as they move ahead with their various culinary endeavors, and we look forward to seeing them go great places!
