NECAT graduates are working across Boston, in every type of industry – some in the best restaurants and hotels in the city. Some graduates, like Teneika Baxter, are committed to making a difference in our community.
Baxter graduated from NECAT in the spring of 2017. Since then, she’s been in the kitchen of Collettey’s Cookies, a non-profit started by a young woman with Down Syndrome who launched her company from passion and hopes to growing it so she can hire more individuals with disabilities.
